Extremely lightweight and rare Campagnolo 7sp 12-27T alloy freewheel. This is by far the lightest freewheel I've ever seen, and I would guess the same would be true for you. 12-27T range means it's not a knee-killer and the unused condition means it still has plenty of miles to go, though it would be equally at home on a show bike.
