Sales Associate

A Bit About the Job:

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate product knowledge and features to customers
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

Must Haves:

  • Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and effectively manage inventory
  • Proficient in English language, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers
  • A Willingness to learn the product and industry
  • The highest level of hospitality to give our customers the best shopping experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently

Nice to Haves:

  • Knowledge or experience in the bike or outdoors industry
  • Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
