SUSPENSION CENTRE PRICE LIST

Basic Fork Service

Also referred to as a 50-hour service or lower service. We check and do a little bit more than your average lowers or 50 hour fork service to make sure your fork and bike is performing at its best and everything is 100%. 

  • Inspect fork for damage and visible issues
  • Test for issues and general function 
  • Remove lowers and clean
  • Replace lowers seals and foam rings
  • Remove air spring and clean/inspect * we do not cover replacing air seals in this service *
  • Remove air spring top can and volume spacers and clean
  • Grease and lube air spring on reinstallation 
  • Grease lowers seals and install lowers
  • Replace lowers oil 
  • Replace crush washers and torque foot nuts to spec
  • Replace air and damper settings as found
  • Replace air valve cores if needed
  • Replace air top caps and damper settings dials if needed
  • Test fork

$135 and up (parts and labour)

Basic Shock Service

Also know as an air can service or 50 hour service. This service is not available on all air shocks - some models such as the Fox Float X2 have a longer service interval and require a full service.

  • Inspect shock for damage and visible issues
  • Test for issues and general function 
  • Remove air can and clean
  • Clean shock interior 
  • Inspect shock interior for issues or damage
  • Replace air seals and grease seals on install
  • Lube air can when reinstalled
  • Replace air and settings as found
  • Replace air valve cores if needed
  • Replace air top caps and damper settings dials if needed
  • Replace DU bushings if needed
  • Dyno test shock is working to factory spec

$65 and up (parts and labour)

Full Fork Service

Also known as 100 hour, 125 hour or 200 hour service depending on brand. 

  • Inspect fork for damage and visible issues
  • Test for issues and general function 
  • Remove lowers and clean
  • Replaced lowers seals and foam rings
  • Remove air spring and clean/inspect 
  • Remove air spring top can and volume spacers and clean
  • Replace all air spring seals
  • Grease and lube air spring on install 
  • Remove damper and clean and inspect 
  • Disassemble damper and clean
  • Replace damper seals and glide rings 
  • Replace damper oil and bleed damper
  • Test damper function and install
  • Grease lowers seals and install lowers
  • Replace lowers oil 
  • Replace crush washers and torque foot nuts to spec
  • Replace air and damper settings as found
  • Replace air valve cores if needed
  • Replace air top caps and damper settings dials if needed
  • Test fork

Full Air Shock Service

 Also known as a 100 hour, 125 hour or 200 hour service depending on brand. 

  • Inspect shock for damage and visible issues
  • Test for issues and general function 
  • Remove air can and clean
  • Clean shock interior 
  • Inspect shock interior for issues or damage
  • Replace all damper seals and glide rings
  • Replace damper oil and bleed shock
  • Charge IFP to its correct pressure (nitrogen gas where needed)
  • Test damper function
  • Replace air seals and grease seals on install
  • Lube air can when reinstalled
  • Replace air and settings as found
  • Replace air valve cores if needed
  • Replace air top caps and damper settings dials if needed
  • Replace DU bushings 
  • Dyno test shock is working to factory spec

$185 and up (parts and labour)

Full Coil Shock Service

Also known as a 100 hour, 125 hour or 200 hour service depending on brand.

  • Inspect shock for damage and visible issues
  • Test for issues and general function 
  • Remove air can and clean
  • Clean shock interior 
  • Inspect shock interior for issues or damage
  • Replace all damper seals and glide rings
  • Replace damper oil and bleed shock
  • Charge IFP to its correct pressure (nitrogen gas where needed)
  • Test damper function
  • Replace air seals and grease seals on install
  • Lube air can when reinstalled
  • Replaced damper settings as found
  • Replace damper settings dials if needed
  • Replace DU bushings 
  • Dyno test shock is working to factory spec

$165 and up (parts and labour)

Cartridge Dropper Post Service

Oneup, PNW, TransX, Xfusion, Bontrager, and similar posts - These posts have non-servicable hydraulic cartridges. This can also be referred to as a dropper post sliding service. 

  • Inspect for damage and visible issues
  • Test for issues and general function 
  • Disassemble dropper post and clean
  • Replace the main seal, bushings, keyways and other small parts * this will vary depending on what is suggested/provided by the brand of post being serviced
  • Grease sliding components with suspension specific grease
  • Replace broken or poor performing dropper cartridge if needed * no additional labour charge but the cartridges are $60 or more to replace
  • Check cartridge air pressure if applicable 
  • Replace dropper cable and housing
  • Replace dropper lever if needed
  • Test the dropper is working to factory spec

$70 and up (parts and labour)

Reverb/Bike Yoke Basic Service

Also known as a 200 hour service on newer Reverb/Bike Yoke dropper post but applicable to all generations. This is also referred to as a dropper post sliding service

  • Inspect for damage and visible issues
  • Test for issues and general function 
  • Disassemble dropper post and clean
  • Replace the main seal, bushings, keyways and other small parts * this will vary depending generation of Reverb and condition 
  • Grease sliding components with suspension specific grease
  • Check air pressure 
  • Bleed Reverb line  
  • Replace lever if needed
  • Test the dropper is working to factory spec

$70 and up (parts and labour)

Reverb/Bike Yoke Full Service

Also known as 200 hour or 600 hour depending on Reverb/Bike Yoke generation. This service rebuilds the internal hydraulic parts of the dropper post.

  • Inspect for damage and visible issues
  • Test for issues and general function 
  • Disassemble dropper post and clean
  • Replace seals in the hydraulic internal
  • Replace internal hydraulic oil
  • Inflate post to correct pressure
  • Replace the main seal, bushings, keyways and other small parts * this will vary depending generation of Reverb and condition 
  • Grease sliding components with suspension specific grease
  • Bleed Reverb line 
  • Replace lever if needed
  • Test the dropper is working to factory spec
