SERVICES & WARRANTY

BIKE PURCHASE

  • We offer 10% off parts and accessories at the time of bike purchase.
  • No labour charges for installations up to a maximum value of 10% of bike purchased.
  • All break-in related adjustments are covered with the purchase of a new bike. Wear and tear, however, is not.
  • We offer a one-time post-purchase service which includes a full bolt check, adjustments of brakes and derailleurs, lubing of chain and pivots and inflation of tires.
  • We offer free system updates for electric-assisted bikes purchased from us for the first year (date of purchase).
  • We also offer free delivery for all new bikes.

WARRANTY

  • OBB will do all break-in related adjustments at no-charge: full bolt check, derailleur adjust, simple barrel and limit adjust, simple brake adjust, tires inflate, chain and pivots lubed. Wear and tear, however, is not covered. Replacement of brake pads, cables and broken parts are considered wear and tear and are an additional cost.
  • For products purchased at OBB, there are no freight or labour charges if the product fails to meet manufacturer’s claims.
  • Original receipt / Proof of purchase will be required. If the purchase was made under your name and you agreed to be entered into our customer database it is possible to look up your purchase.
  • With the purchase of a new bike we will do all break-in related adjustments at no charge. Replacement of brake pads, cables and broken parts are considered wear and tear and are not covered.
  • OBB reserves the right to charge for wear and tear to the product as a result of extended use.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

OBB strives to supply our customers with the right product for your intended use. If you feel this has not been achieved we invite you to return the product for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • The original receipt/proof of purchase will be required. All transactions made under your name can be retrieved. Best: sign up and use your name whenever making a purchase.

SPECIAL ORDERS

  • A restocking fee may apply if you don’t purchase the item.
  • If OBB orders an item which we normally don’t stock or from a manufacturer we don’t usually carry, a 50% deposit of the retail price is required.

REPAIRS

  • With the purchase of a new bike, OBB will do all break-in related adjustments at no charge: full bolt check, derailleur adjust, simple barrel and limit adjust, simple brake adjust, tires inflate, chain and pivots lubed. Wear and tear, however, is not covered. Replacement of brake pads, cables and broken parts are considered wear and tear and are an additional cost.
  • We are not responsible for items left for more than 30 days after service has been completed and we have attempted notification via the contact info left at the time of drop off.
  • Storage fees may apply.

KIDS BIKE TRADE-IN PROGRAM

  • Trade in original kids bike (purchased at OBB) and receive up to 50% of the original purchase price toward a new bike from OBB.
  • Program is restricted to 1 trade-in per bike purchased
  • New bike purchased must be higher value than original value of trade in.
  • Wear and tear is expected, basic integrity of the bike must be intact, however. Any bike in serious disrepair is not eligible for trade-in.
  • Must have proof of purchase/original receipt from OBB to be considered for trade-in program.
  • If the purchase was made under your name and you agreed to be entered into our customer database it may be possible to look up your original purchase.
