Wike Salamander E-Cargo Stroller-Bike

Wike's Salamander Electric Cargo Bike is a compact e-cargo bike with space for two children and one unique feature: an instant conversion into a stroller! Not only does this offer easy access to public transit, the bike also has further folding abilities to fit into the back of an SUV and for storage in tight places.

The bike features a Shimano Steps mid-drive motor with 418Whr battery, disc brakes, Shimano Nexus 8i internally-geared hub, and heavy duty rear rack.

Conversion between bicycle and stroller is extremely easy and only takes about 10 minutes to get the hang of it! Once you have mastered the conversion sequence it takes less than 10 seconds to execute.

The bicycle frame is baked enamel high gloss black paint on tig welded chromolloy steel. The carrier base is ABS plastic with an adjustment for two seat heights. All bicycle parts are standard and can be serviced locally. The seating provided can easily be removed and a car seat may be strapped to the floor of the pod. In this case, the pod will only carry one child.
