The Essential carrier lets you mount a children’s seat through the MIK HD interface or large pannier bags. The max load you can bring on the Essential carrier is 30kg. When you plan to use the MIK interface for installing a child seat it is mandatory that the carrier be installed by an Urban Arrow dealer (i.e. you can’t do it yourself).
