If you see a better price online we are happy to match that price if it meets these criteria below:

  1. The item is sold by a Canadian Retailer
  2. The item is in-stock, in store at that retailer
  3. The item is the exact same item; brand, model, colour, size and item number
  4. If the retailer has additional shipping fees that is taken into consideration in the price match

DUE TO THE CANADA POST STRIKE WE ARE NOT SHIPPING ANY ORDERS WITH CANADA POST UNTIL THE LABOUR DISPUTE IS RESOLVED - WE ARE USING ALL OTHER MAJOR SHIPPING PROVIDERS TO ENSURE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED AND RECIEVED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

*Free shipping applies to most online orders over $50; however some items, including oversized items may be subject to additional shipping charges, such as, but not limited to; bikes, frames, wheels, rims, fenders, car racks, cargo racks, trailers and child carriers.

If your order requires additional shipping we will send you an email after your order is placed with the shipping amount and a link to the shipping product on our website where the appropriate shipping amount can be paid.

Shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather, lost or stolen packages, and other circumstances beyond our control. If a shipment is lost or missing please contact us and we will open a claim with the shipping provider. Please note, all lost or stolen packages are not our responsibility and are out of our control. Some orders may require additional processing time.

We are proud to be the only shop in Victoria offering FREE LOCAL DELIVERY for all online purchases. We offer delivery anywhere in greater Victoria, including the Westshore and Peninsula, with deliveries 5-days a week and same-day or next-day delivery for most in-stock items.
