2. The item is in-stock, in store at that retailer
3. The item is the exact same item; brand, model, colour, size and item number
4. If the retailer has additional shipping fees that is taken into consideration in the price match

• All online orders are processed in Canadian Dollars.

We offer FREE SHIPPING in Canada on orders over $50*
(*Oversized items and other items excluded)

Shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather, lost or stolen packages, and other circumstances beyond our control. If a shipment is lost or missing please contact us and we will open a claim with the shipping provider. Please note, all lost or stolen packages are not our responsibility and are out of our control. Some orders may require additional processing time.

Local Delivery in Greater Victoria

We are proud to offer local delivery in Greater Victoria for in-store and online purchases, service appointments and bike rentals.

Local Delivery Pricing:

Bike Delivery (new bike, bike repairs, and rentals): $25 one way; $35 round trip
Delivery of parts and accessories:  $15
We offer free delivery on all online orders over $50 ($10 for all orders under $50).

Delivery Areas and Schedule:

We offer delivery anywhere in greater Victoria, including the Westshore and Peninsula, with deliveries 5-days a week and same-day or next-day delivery for most in-stock items.
