Pick Up & Delivery Service
Oak Bay Bikes is the only shop in Victoria offering a pick-up and delivery service for all in-store and online purchases as well as service appointments and bike rentals.
Got a service appointment? We'll pick your bike up and bring it back when it's done. Need your new bike, online order, in-store purchase or bike rental delivered, we've got that covered too!
Deliveries are done Mon-Fri, and include the following areas:
- Victoria
- Saanich
- Oak Bay
- Esquimalt
- View Royal
- Colwood
- Langford
- Highlands
- Metchosin
- Central Saanich
- North Saanich
- Sidney
*Unfortunately we cannot offer delivery to Sooke, the Gulf Islands or the Malahat and beyond at this time. Online purchases can be shipped to these locations, and all online orders over $50 qualify for free shipping or free local delivery within Greater Victoria.

We are proud to offer local delivery in Greater Victoria for in-store and online purchases, service appointments and bike rentals.
Local Delivery Pricing:
- Bike Delivery (new bike, bike repairs, and rentals): $25 one way; $35 round trip
- Delivery of parts and accessories: $15
- We offer free delivery on all online orders over $50 ($15 for all orders under $50).
Delivery Areas and Schedule: - We offer delivery anywhere in greater Victoria, including the Westshore and Peninsula, with deliveries 5-days a week and same-day or next-day delivery for most in-stock items.
