Milenkovitch

Often seen smoking cigarette butts in the parking lot behind the store, Milenkovitch, aka "The Bike Whisperer" , can't think of anything else to fix but bicycles. When he figures out something else to do, he's outa here. In his spare time he drinks whiskey and gets very talkative.
